Hunter Jack Grant is a member of the Interior Salish nation known as St’at’imx and belongs to the Cayoose Creek band, based in Lillooet, BC.  Hunter is named for Chief Hunter Jack, a prominent tribal leader in the Cariboo region from the Gold Rush days.
